"Por debajo de la mesa" (Under the table) is a personal project that had been running through my head for months.
My relationship with food has greatly evolved over the years. Beyond gastronomy itself, in this project I seek to explore the social and self-discovery aspects that food offers us.

Seven articles that address issues such as emotional eating, having eyes bigger than the belly or the family legacy through food.
Everything surrounded by photos that I have collected over the time, recipes that I love and tips to make the act of cooking and eating a whole and full experience.
